		<description>/etc/rc.conf.d/ doesnt exist by default because most of the time you would place the values inside /etc/rc.conf.

Its when you want to start doing more complex modificiations to a specific services control that you would create the /etc/rc.conf.d/${SERVICE} file, and for when you would want to keep those changes around past a port re-install or upgrade.</description>
